Hyman Stansky grew up in Huntsville, Alabama where he began taking piano lessons at nine years of age. He traveled and performed many years with his family trio, consisting of his father and two brothers. Hyman's love for music continued to grow and by age 16, he went to Nashville to observe a day at a professional recording studio. This experience quickly fueled his passion for the music industry and the hope that some day he would own his own recording studio. Hyman attended Lee University, in Cleveland, Tennessee and performed with college soloist's and a Lee University choir. He began touring with a contemporary Christian group throughout the United States and Canada. Hyman's love for his music career continued as he revolved his life around a new family, church and a business career in sales.
Hyman graduated with honors from DeVry Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Science. While working in the hi-tech industry he knew ultimately that music was still his passion and continued to pursue it as a full time career. He served as Music Director for two years at Anchor Church and early in 2001 he was asked to join the church team that had a vision and plans to construct a million dollar world class recording studio called Harbor House Studios in Keller, Texas.
Hyman currently owns and manages Harbor House Studios in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He enjoys producing and arranging seasoned recording artists projects while helping new artists find their place in the industry as well. Hyman's commitment to excellence is not only reflected in how he deals with his business clients but in his personal projects as well. His newest CD project, "Starting Over," a relaxing and reflective piano instrumental, again reflects his passion for producing quality music. It was written and produced following a devastating time in his personal life when his strength was gone and he could only look to his faith in God for comfort. It is with this commitment and faith that Hyman seeks to serve the needs of not only the Christian community, but all who need healing and encouragement through the medium of music.
Hyman’s musical talents have been featured by many national ministries around the world including, Joyce Meyer Ministries, Joel Osteen Ministries, and James & Betty Robison's, Life Outreach International Ministries. He has accompanied Dennis Jernigan, Andrae Crouch, Shannon Wexelberg, Whintley Phipps, Larnelle Harris, Sandi Patti, and Damarus Carbaugh.
Hyman currently plays the piano at Bethesda Community Church in Fort Worth, Texas for the nationally recognized 100 voice choir under the direction of worship pastor and well known producer, J. Daniel Smith.
