Hyman Stansky grew up in Huntsville, Alabama where he began studying piano at age nine.  He traveled and performed with his family trio, consisting of his father and two brothers. Hyman attended Lee University, in Cleveland, Tennessee, performed with a prestigious Lee University Choir and toured with a contemporary Christian group throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Hyman graduated with honors from DeVry Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Science.  While working for many years in the hi-tech industry he knew ultimately that music was still his passion and continued to pursue it as a full time career.  In 2001, while serving on the worship team at a local church, he was invited to facilitate a team to build Harbor House Studios, a million dollar world class recording studio located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

From 2001 to 2007, Hyman managed Harbor House Studios then became the owner from 2007 to 2013.  During those years, he produced, arranged and provided music consulting for numerous songwriters and independent artists. His original piano music has been featured by many well-known Christian ministries including, Joyce Meyer, Joel Osteen, James Robison and Women of Faith.  His music airs regularly on Reflections, a Daystar Television Network production and his original recordings consist of two releases titled, "Rest For The Journey" and "Starting Over".

Hyman has studied music licensing at Berklee and provides consulting services to churches, songwriters and bands regarding music licensing issues, to help them understand and execute the important business agreements which should be in place, before and after a music project is recorded.

Hyman currently serves on the worship team at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas.
